As the founder, I spent years working within the nonprofit sector - a world filled with passionate individuals and organizations dedicated to making a real difference. I witnessed firsthand how fundamental values were overlooked, leading to sloppy financial records, compliance failures, and a culture of shifting blame. However, my journey soon unveiled a deeper truth.

I saw how even the most well-intentioned missions could falter when systems failed to truly nurture and champion the human element - the dedication and passion of the individuals driving the work. It became clear that when these invaluable contributors are undervalued, the entire mission suffers. Projects stalled, vital funding dried up, and communities were underserved, not because of a lack of heart, but a lack of holistic stewardship.

Driven by a belief that stewardship is a divine obligation, I founded Catalyst Grants Collective to build a new standard. I am not just a grant administrator; I am a steward. I operate under Kingdom principles, believing that how we manage resources is just as important as how we cultivate the people entrusted with their administration.
